New Zealand Genealogy Resources
A curated list of New Zealand resources is maintained by the WikiTree New Zealand Project.
WikiTree
The single world tree means that your research is never wasted – in fact, many of us at the New Zealand Project spend most of our time improving profiles of people that we have no relation to. And your work will never be lost or hidden because someone can’t afford to pay a subscription to see it.

DNA Analysis
GEDmatch
GEDmatch is a website that allows people who have tested via the other major autosomal DNA test providers to come together and compare their genome sequences. It offers a range of advanced DNA tools not offered by any other site, and is invaluable for assessing triangulation groups, and close relatives.
DNApainter - Shared CM Project
The Shared cM v4 chart is the result of a large public survey of relationship statistics reported by people have tested their autosomal DNA. These figures help guide us in the right direction when assessing a shared match list.
